The materials available for mini Track Roller and Carrier roller are 40Mn2,40MnB,50Mn,dependind on working conditions.The Rollers are normalized with precision forging Before overall heat treatment to achieve surface hardness of HRC52-6 and the depth of the hardened layer reaches more than 7-10mm(HRC45),
This ensures higher durability with hight impact resistance and surface wear resistance on the contact surface of the roller.
Floating seals and lubricating system
High quality floating seals and lubricating system are used to adapt to different climate and temperature The track and carrier rollers is able to work under severe working conditions or climate ranging from -45℃-120℃,Keeping the components free from maintenance.

ZG40Mn Materials are used for sprocket depending on the model,size and working condition .
The surface hardness reaches HRC48-54 with minimum hardness depth between 5-10mm(HRC47-55) after the heat treatment process.
The sprocket is able to operate even under harsh working conditions with long wear resistance and remarkably improved service life,leading to reduction of our customer's operating cost.

MINI IDLER
The idler is casted with alkali phenolic resin sand process.Surface hardness reaches minimum HRC48-58 with hardness depth between 4-6mm(HRC45),after heat treatment process. The idler is able to withstand high impact and wear resistance under harsh working conditions.
